We appreciate freedom of speech.  But freedom comes with responsibilities.  We have always said that we do not moderate this forum with a heavy hand because we believe in self moderation.  We are not kids here and we know what is right and wrong but from time to time we have to remind users of our rules.

Here are our rules:

1.  There should be no post which is meant to offend or hurt any member either in forums or in private messages.  Debate on the topic but refrain from posting personal attack.  Swearing and use of offensive language is strictly prohibited.

2.  Do not post any type of pornographic pictures, sexual materials(or topics relating to sex), warez and other illegal materials or links including copyrighted materials.

3.  Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicit or offensive. If you plan on posting more then one image, please link the images because some members are on a slower connection than others.  Remember that large pictures takes time to load and sometimes ruins the layout of the forum.  This also includes images in signatures.

4.  Do not SPAM the board.  We are not interested in your post count, but in the quality of your posts.

5.  We want everybody to participate and post in any topics so please use Filipino or English in your posts, unless there are topics related to learning a new language or dialect.  This doesn't apply to personal messages.

6.  Use proper English and Filipino words in your posts.  This is an online forum not a cellphone.  Do not use all capital letters in your posts.

7.  Post in the appropriate thread, search first before you open a new topic.  Don't post in every board with the same message.

8.  Do not use this forum as an advertising medium.  If you post your link or any of your ads here, consider linking back to us or donating. 

9. Impersonating another forum user, moderator, and/or administrator is strictly prohibited.  Pretending to be a female when in fact you are a male (and vice versa) is ground for immediate expulsion.
